 The whole experience was powerful and I felt safe and secure being guided through it by Cathy.  Cathy was extremely thorough, I provided a lot of information online about the issue I wanted to address and Cathy followed up with a call and further questions to really understand what was going on.  Cathy provided valuable insight into the scenarios I went back to during our session, and helped me see the threads that linked them all together.  Cathy is likeable and empathetic and I felt supported and at ease throughout the process.  I plan to have further sessions with Cathy to address subsequent issues that I have since become aware of.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Cathy to anyone who is considering RTT.   Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
